I met Cary Marin who was a windsurfer and came here by a camper. According to him, new storm was approaching from the west, and then tomorrow 30–40 Mile/Hour strong westerly wind would blow.
As Cary previously reported, at 3:00 p.m. a gentle wind suddenly changed into an around 30 Mile/Hour strong wind in less than one hour. Trees swayed with loud sound, and whitecaps were on the river. I shuddered to imagine that weather would change suddenly while I paddled the kayak on the river, because the river had little landing point for emergency evacuation.
